At Doc Ortho, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your compression wear or orthopedic apparel doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resalable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
